The AI Exchange launched in 2022 with a mission: help businesses of all sizes—not just tech giants—adopt AI in practical, impactful ways. What started as a website and newsletter quickly became a thriving community as the ChatGPT boom hit in 2023.
While others chased flashy AI tools, we stayed focused on a central question: how does AI change the way businesses actually operate? That focus led to the idea of AI operations—embedding AI into real team workflows. We began by teaching effective AI delegation with the MASTER Method, and followed with the AI Playbooking Approach to turn team processes into executable, AI-driven playbooks.
But strategy wasn’t enough. We needed a framework that ensured real adoption, not just experiments. That’s when we developed our latest method -- a people-centered model for dividing work between humans and AI to unlock new operational potential. We validated this approach through hands-on work with dozens of businesses via our AI Operations agency, and now we’re bringing it back to the community where it all began.
This community has always been more than content—it’s been about craft, collaboration, and pushing the field forward. And we’re just getting started.
