THE NEXT CHAPTER OF OPERATIONS IS HERE

Become an AI Operator

Process thinkers, system builders and behind-the-scenes operators, the future of work is being created by people like you. Join the AI Operator bootcamp to learn the most in-demand skill: how to design and run people-centric, AI-first systems at scale.

THE ROLE EVERY ORGANIZATION NEEDS

The future belongs to the organizations that can operationalize AI – and they need you to achieve that.

Every organization is racing to “integrate AI.” But here’s what they’re learning the hard way: Tools don’t drive transformation. Operators do.

As an operator, you already know this:

If the process isn’t mapped, it won’t scale.
If no one owns the system, it breaks.
If there’s no structure, there’s no leverage.

AI is no different.

No prompt, plugin, or automation replaces the need for clear thinking, process structure, and execution ownership.

That’s where you come in.

Enter: The AI Operator (AIO)

An AI Operator runs point bridging the gap between AI ambition and AI execution. They are the answer to how organizations actually get value out of AI by turning it into a functioning part of how work gets done.

It’s a role that blends process thinking, systems design, and AI fluency — and it's quickly becoming one of the most valuable skill sets a company can have.

The (Beta) AI Operator Bootcamp

A 7 week intensive that teaches you how to operationalize AI inside any organization — one process at a time.

Start Date: Monday, September 29th, 2025
Duration: 7 weeks of training (+ 1 month to complete certification exam)
Time Commitment: ~5 hours/week
Format: Async course modules and assessments, live trainings, hands-on application
Tuition: $2,200 beta cohort pricing (Reg. $3,000 - scholarships available)

What You’ll Learn and Achieve

During this 6 week intensive, you’ll learn how to operationalize AI inside any organization — one process at a time — by running AI Ops cycles. Each cycle installs a new AI playbook scoped, built, tested, and improved with real feedback. Over time, this rhythm of cycles becomes the backbone of how AI shows up across an organization.

You will learn how to:

Translate current processes and vague ideas into clear, AI-ready playbooks
Design structured playbooks that AI tools can actually follow
Support the build of functional AI playbooks
Test and improve those playbooks based on real feedback so they drive real outcomes
Create a cycle of continuous development and continuous improvement of AI playbooks
Plan the rollout and support the adoption of these new playbooks across teams
Own the entire AI Ops cycle from beginning to end

You’ll walk away with:

A fully built and documented AI playbook for your own business use case
A repeatable framework you can use again and again to build more AI playbooks
A certification that proves your skills to teams and clients (certification granted upon passing final exam)
The ability to lead — not just support — AI initiatives
Your AI Operations portfolio including two fully built playbooks and documented processes

Wrap Up, Finish Your Own Playbook, Get Certified.

Our goal is to help you become a confident AI Operator running AI Ops Cycles and building AI Playbooks by the end of this bootcamp.

This is for you if:

You’ve built SOPs, cleaned up chaos, or mapped out how things should flow
You think in systems, notice bottlenecks, and can’t not fix broken processes
You’ve led internal operations, delivery workflows, or cross-functional projects
You’re the person others lean on when a process is fuzzy and needs clarity
You want to stay ahead of the curve — and make AI a new operational muscle
You want to pair your operational instincts with the power of AI
You’re ready to be the person every team needs in this next era

You do NOT have to be a “tech person”. You’re an ops person – and that’s the superpower. 💜

Entry Requirements

This is not for total beginners. You’ll get the most out of it the bootcamp is you have:

Basic familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity
Some hands-on experience with automation (Zapier, Make, or similar — even if it’s light)
Strong operational instincts — you’ve built, documented, or improved a process before
A systems mindset — you think in inputs, steps, outputs, and “what happens next”
The ability to commit ~5–10 hours/week for focused, applied learning
Follow-through — this is an intensive, and you’ll get out what you put in

FAQ

Who is this bootcamp for?

This program is designed for operations-minded professionals — the systems thinkers, process fixers, and behind-the-scenes teammates who want to pair their operations expertise with AI workflow expertise.

Do I need to be “technical” to succeed here?

Not at all. You don’t need to code, and you don’t need to be an AI expert. What you do need is an operator’s mindset — the ability to think in steps, see patterns, and stay curious. We’ll teach you the rest.

I'm the technical person on my team. Will this help me learn how to build AI tools?

This bootcamp is designed for the operator in mind and is designed to give them a framework they can use to drive AI projects within an organization. This is not for developers or engineers wanting to learn more about the technical side of AI or learn how to build AI products.

What tools will I be using to build my AI playbooks?

You'll create prompt-based workflows inside the bootcamp using ChatGPT, Claude, and Zapier.

How much time will this take each week and for how long?

The program schedule is 7 weeks of structured content. We estimate you’ll need about 5 hours per week to complete this.

When does the bootcamp start? When are the live training calls?

The bootcamp is scheduled to start September 29th and weekly live office hours are on Fridays from 11am-12pm Eastern.

What does the certification consist of?

The AIO Certification is your proof that you can independently run your own AI Ops cycles — the method we use to design, build, and operationalize A. To earn your certification, you'll need to: pass an exam, submit two working AI, full documentation for each playbook, a case study-style reflection of each playbook and a Loom walkthrough.

Can this help me get hired or promoted?

Yes. This training gives you tangible proof of work that you can show to employers, clients, or teammates. If you’re looking to grow inside your current role or explore future opportunities (like joining the DiviUp team), this gives you a serious edge.
