Process thinkers, system builders and behind-the-scenes operators, the future of work is being created by people like you. Join the AI Operator bootcamp to learn the most in-demand skill: how to design and run people-centric, AI-first systems at scale.
Every organization is racing to “integrate AI.” But here’s what they’re learning the hard way: Tools don’t drive transformation. Operators do.
As an operator, you already know this:
If the process isn’t mapped, it won’t scale.
If no one owns the system, it breaks.
If there’s no structure, there’s no leverage.
AI is no different.
No prompt, plugin, or automation replaces the need for clear thinking, process structure, and execution ownership.
That’s where you come in.
An AI Operator runs point bridging the gap between AI ambition and AI execution. They are the answer to how organizations actually get value out of AI by turning it into a functioning part of how work gets done.
It’s a role that blends process thinking, systems design, and AI fluency — and it's quickly becoming one of the most valuable skill sets a company can have.
A 7 week intensive that teaches you how to operationalize AI inside any organization — one process at a time.
During this 6 week intensive, you’ll learn how to operationalize AI inside any organization — one process at a time — by running AI Ops cycles. Each cycle installs a new AI playbook scoped, built, tested, and improved with real feedback. Over time, this rhythm of cycles becomes the backbone of how AI shows up across an organization.
You will learn how to:
You’ll walk away with:
Built for real operators with real schedules. Structured enough to follow. Flexible enough to finish.
Learn on your time with async video modules and practical assessments.
Use our Slack channel and weekly live office hours for Q&A and coaching.
Get resources to support the execution of AI Ops cycles (worksheets, templates).
You’ll build two fully working, AI playbooks that solve real business problems.
Sit for the certification anytime after the 7-week training and up to a full month afterwards.
You may apply to interview for a paid AI Operator role inside the DiviUp network.
Get introduced to the AI Ops Cycle — the structured approach you'll take to build every AI playbook you need.
You’ll dig into the real-world process behind your playbook, analyze the exact steps it takes to get from A to B, and spot where AI can start pulling its weight.
You'll learn the implementation side of AI Operations by designing and building AI playbooks with your cohort and building your use case which actually runs and provides value!
You’ll run your AI Playbook through real scenarios, look critically at what’s working (and what’s not), and make smart updates to version 2.
In the last week of training, you'll learn how to prepare your team for the rollout of new AI playbook. You'll also begin the build of your second playbook using the AI Ops cycle.
Our goal is to help you become a confident AI Operator running AI Ops Cycles and building AI Playbooks by the end of this bootcamp.
You do NOT have to be a “tech person”. You’re an ops person – and that’s the superpower. 💜
Entry Requirements
This is not for total beginners. You’ll get the most out of it the bootcamp is you have:
This program is designed for operations-minded professionals — the systems thinkers, process fixers, and behind-the-scenes teammates who want to pair their operations expertise with AI workflow expertise.
Not at all. You don’t need to code, and you don’t need to be an AI expert. What you do need is an operator’s mindset — the ability to think in steps, see patterns, and stay curious. We’ll teach you the rest.
This bootcamp is designed for the operator in mind and is designed to give them a framework they can use to drive AI projects within an organization. This is not for developers or engineers wanting to learn more about the technical side of AI or learn how to build AI products.
You'll create prompt-based workflows inside the bootcamp using ChatGPT, Claude, and Zapier.
The program schedule is 7 weeks of structured content. We estimate you’ll need about 5 hours per week to complete this.
The bootcamp is scheduled to start September 29th and weekly live office hours are on Fridays from 11am-12pm Eastern.
The AIO Certification is your proof that you can independently run your own AI Ops cycles — the method we use to design, build, and operationalize A. To earn your certification, you'll need to: pass an exam, submit two working AI, full documentation for each playbook, a case study-style reflection of each playbook and a Loom walkthrough.
Yes. This training gives you tangible proof of work that you can show to employers, clients, or teammates. If you’re looking to grow inside your current role or explore future opportunities (like joining the DiviUp team), this gives you a serious edge.
