They can't figure out how to build momentum. They are drowning in operational debt and want AI to help them escape it. So they:
- Encourage team members to “try AI”
- Kick off scattered experiments and pilots
- Release access to tons of new tools, hoping one sticks.
But nothing changes.
What organizations are learning the hard way is that tools don’t drive transformation. Operators do.
That’s where you come in.

AI Operators shape how AI is brought into an organization — and how that organization is transformed by it. By translating workflows and expertise into structured playbooks AI can execute, they move teams from AI experimentation to AI operating systems.
It’s a role that blends process thinking, systems design, and AI fluency — and it's quickly becoming one of the most valuable skill sets a company can have.
In just 6 weeks, you’ll learn how to guide teams from AI experimentation to AI infrastructure. You will learn how to:
01. Run AI Ops cycles that build momentum.
You’ll learn how to identify high-leverage workflows that can be built and rolled out quickly — creating early wins that generate trust and deliver value fast.
02. Define what AI should deliver before building.
Turn vague ambitions into clear operational standards. Establish what “good” looks like time isn’t wasted building the wrong things or debating what “done” means halfway through.
03. Translate true expertise into AI-executable playbooks.
Take the way your team thinks, decides, reviews, creates, analyzes, or delivers — and turn it into structured playbooks that AI can reliably follow.
04. Decide what gets built now and what doesn’t.
Assess feasibility, scope intelligently, and sequence work so AI transformation compounds instead of overwhelms and systems create leverage instead of busywork.
05. Raise the standard of how AI supports teams long term.
Establish a culture of continuous AI improvement where systems are launched quickly, improved with real feedback, and refined over time.
06. Lead adoption, not just implementation.
Ensure new AI systems are understood, trusted, and used — so transformation actually sticks.
You’ll move through a deliberate progression of content that guides you through effective prompting, writing playbooks, running each phase of an AI Ops cycle and solving operational problems.
You don’t just learn the content, you apply it. You'll have the opportunity to create at least three different playbooks throughout the bootcamp that solve real business problems.

This week is about learning how to improve your playbook by gathering feedback from SMEs, without losing momentum. You will:
This week is about turning a finished playbook into real operational change.
Our goal is to help you become a confident AI Operator running AI Ops Cycles and building AI Playbooks by the end of this bootcamp.
Both tracks earn the same AI Operator Certification and offer the same learning content.
The full bootcamp curriculum, fully self-paced and on-demand - no live calls or time zones to keep up with.
This Bootcamp is designed for operators who want to lead how AI is brought into their organization. You are likely a strong fit if you have:
A quick note: The AI Operator Bootcamp is not a deeply technical AI engineering or implementation program. AI implementation is becoming increasingly automated — a well-defined playbook can now be handed to a tool like Claude Code and configured with minimal friction. The enduring advantage is the skill of playbooking for teams: knowing what to build, why it matters, how to design for fast leverage and ROI, and how to deliver it in a way that actually sticks.
This program is designed for operations-minded professionals — the systems thinkers, process fixers, and behind-the-scenes teammates who want to pair their operations expertise with AI workflow expertise.
The Momentum Track is currently enrolling for our April and May 2026 cohorts. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Secure your spot by purchasing your bootcamp enrollment and completing a short registration survey. Once submitted, our team will review your responses within 5 business days and place you in the earliest available cohort. If we determine that the program isn’t the right fit based on your survey, we’ll issue a full refund.
The Flex Track is available for enrollment at anytime. You will be able to begin as soon as your register.
The Flex Track contains all of the same content as the live bootcamp. However, the Momentum Track also includes weekly, live mentor-led skill building sessions, opportunities to work alongside your cohort peers, and accountability due to the cohort experience.
Participants enrolled in the Momentum Track have historically higher completion rates and faster completion rates.
The Flex Track is a great option is built for operators who prefer to work independently, on their own time, with a clear path to certification.
Not at all. You don’t need to code, and you don’t need to be an AI expert. What you do need is an operator’s mindset — the ability to think in steps, see patterns, and stay curious. We’ll teach you the rest.
This bootcamp is designed for the operator in mind and is designed to give them a framework they can use to drive AI projects within an organization. This is not for developers or engineers wanting to learn more about the technical side of AI or learn how to build AI products.
You'll create prompt-based workflows inside the bootcamp using ChatGPT and Zapier. Please note that licenses to these tools are not provided. You will need a ChatGPT Plus account ($20/month), a Zapier Professional plan ($29.99/month), and a free Perplexity account (though you will need to purchase $10 of API credits), and a free Airtable acount.
The program schedule is 6 weeks of structured content. We estimate you’ll need about 5-10 hours per week to complete this.
The AIO Certification is your proof that you can independently run your own AI Ops cycles — the method we use to design, build, and operationalize A. To earn your certification, you'll need to: pass an exam, submit two working AI playbooks, full documentation for each playbook, a case study-style reflection of each playbook and a Loom walkthrough.
Yes. This training gives you tangible proof of work that you can show to employers, clients, or teammates. If you’re looking to grow inside your current role or explore future opportunities (like joining the DiviUp team), this gives you a serious edge. Many of our former participants have been promoted within their current roles or even landed new roles with the skills they gathered here.
