THE NEXT CHAPTER OF OPERATIONS IS HERE

Become a Certified
AI Operator

Join the 6-week AI Operator bootcamp to learn the most in-demand skill of the next decade: how to design and run people-centric, AI-first systems at scale.

TURN AI INTO REAL OPERATIONAL LEVERAGE

Every organization wants to do more with AI… but the same thing keeps getting in their way.

They can't figure out how to build momentum. They are drowning in operational debt and want AI to help them escape it. So they:
- Encourage team members to “try AI”
- Kick off scattered experiments and pilots
- Release access to tons of new tools, hoping one sticks.

But nothing changes.

What organizations are learning the hard way is that tools don’t drive transformation. Operators do.

That’s where you come in.

AI Operators are the missing link between AI ambition and AI ROI.

AI Operators shape how AI is brought into an organization — and how that organization is transformed by it. By translating workflows and expertise into structured playbooks AI can execute, they move teams from AI experimentation to AI operating systems.

It’s a role that blends process thinking, systems design, and AI fluency — and it's quickly becoming one of the most valuable skill sets a company can have.

OEPRATIONALIZE AI INSIDE ANY ORGANIZATION

The (Beta) AI Operator Bootcamp

In just 6 weeks, you’ll learn how to guide teams from AI experimentation to AI infrastructure. You will learn how to:

01. Run AI Ops cycles that build momentum.

You’ll learn how to identify high-leverage workflows that can be built and rolled out quickly — creating early wins that generate trust and deliver value fast.

02. Define what AI should deliver before building.

Turn vague ambitions into clear operational standards. Establish what “good” looks like time isn’t wasted building the wrong things or debating what “done” means halfway through.

03. Translate true expertise into AI-executable playbooks.

Take the way your team thinks, decides, reviews, creates, analyzes, or delivers — and turn it into structured playbooks that AI can reliably follow.

04. Decide what gets built now and what doesn’t.

Assess feasibility, scope intelligently, and sequence work so AI transformation compounds instead of overwhelms and systems create leverage instead of busywork.

05. Raise the standard of how AI supports teams long term.

Establish a culture of continuous AI improvement where systems are launched quickly, improved with real feedback, and refined over time.

06. Lead adoption, not just implementation.

Ensure new AI systems are understood, trusted, and used — so transformation actually sticks.

“So many companies are desperate to see the benefits of AI integrations and automations but they don't know HOW to put it into practice. This bootcamp provides the clear framework and approach needed to see the results and ROI that so many want out of AI, but so few have actually realized.”

Is the AI Operator Bootcamp right for you?

This Bootcamp is designed for operators who want to lead how AI is brought into their organization. You are likely a strong fit if you have:

Basic familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity
Some hands-on experience with automation (Zapier, Make, or similar — even if it’s light)
Strong operational instincts and are process and systems minded
Have the ability to dedicate five to ten hours a week for focused learning
Have high follow through – this is an intensive and a “you get out what you put in” type of experience
You want to stay ahead of the curve and make AI a new operational muscle

A quick note: The AI Operator Bootcamp is not a deeply technical AI engineering or implementation program. AI implementation is becoming increasingly automated — a well-defined playbook can now be handed to a tool like Claude Code and configured with minimal friction. The enduring advantage is the skill of playbooking for teams: knowing what to build, why it matters, how to design for fast leverage and ROI, and how to deliver it in a way that actually sticks.

One of the best parts was the range of backgrounds in the cohort. People came from very different roles, but shared interest and enthusiasm in systems and making work easier. That mix made me excited to come to the learning sessions each week, and it strengthened my skills not only in AI, but also in operations and systems thinking.”

- Jac S.

"I love the approach they take in the AI Operator Bootcamp."

I love the approach they take in The AI Operator Bootcamp. It's all about thinking in detail about the existing operations in an organization, mapping that out, and discovering where and how AI can be useful.

The structure is what stood out the most. The program is intentionally not focused about chasing particular tools on their trajectories, but on the planning and thinking that needs to happen to make the project a success.

The in-person remote sessions are critical in practicing some of the soft skills that are critical to launching such a project. I'm confident I can take on pretty much any idea I can think of.

- James B.

"I'm excited to deliver an improved client experience."

"I joined this cohort with operations and AI experience, wondering if it was the right move for me. It sure was.

It was an intensive—exactly what I wanted.
Details.
Depth.
A different perspective.

The cohort teaches their methodology in step-by-step fashion, meeting you wherever you are in your AI journey.

I came away with new system ideas and refinements to implement, and I'm excited to deliver an improved client experience.

It was worth it, and it was fun."

- Al B.

"I'm ready to bring this work into a team."

“After finishing the AI Operator Bootcamp I feel ready to bring this work into a team. I’m more confident scoping an operations problem and building a clear workflow using automation and AI. I also feel better equipped to carry it through the organization in a way that partners with the team and promotes realistic adoption.

- Jac S.

"This bootcamp was exactly what I needed."

“This bootcamp was exactly what I needed! The systems and workflows are very well thought out and easy to apply. I had a great experience internally with this program. I loved that my cohort was small and the opportunity for weekly touch points.

The energy of the leadership team always willing to help!

What I found most valuable was the discussion channel for the cohort, the homework feedback and weekly calls. It allowed for me to be fully immersed in the course without fear of the unknown. Having the support of the cohort and the leadership team was very affirming. I’m feeling very confident in my ability of working with companies and teams as an AI Operator as well as automate tasks and processes for myself and my consulting services."

—  Nancy O.

"Opened my eyes to more possibilities to utilize AI and make jobs easier."

“I work in project management, so our teams are always looking for efficient ways to get things done quickly. I’ve worked in various companies where so much work is done manually and truly adds hours to employees time, and I knew there had to be a better way.

This Bootcamp really opened my eyes to even more possibilities and opportunities to practically utilize AI and make jobs easier without losing quality.

I love how we covered there human element in AI operations as well and how valuable it is to have a person involved to help guide AI in order to produce a process or workflow that benefits everyone.

I truly believe the price was worth it. I learned so much and connected with so many like minded individuals. It was not only great for personal growth but also for networking!”

—  Victoria B.

"I wanted an expertly designed learning opportunity... that's exactly what I got!"

“My team was stuck in the experimenting phase. This bootcamp promised know-how for operationalizing AI, which was exactly what I needed as an AI leader.

I got to do the actual AI operator work with a guided real-world practice scenario and then an independent capstone project. I was given the opportunity to struggle, to have uncertainties, and to problem solve on my own.

This was a great way to learn. I don't want someone holding my hand, telling me step by step what to do and removing all obstacles for me. I want an expertly designed learning opportunity with appropriate scaffolding to prepare me to do this work after certification. And that's exactly what I got!

I'm now confident that I can run AI operations at my current company or another and move the needle. I also feel much more confident in making recommendations to leaders and teams. “

- Jody D.

"This completely changed how I think about using AI in real workflows."

“I was looking for a way to turn AI into repeatable, reliable processes instead of one-off prompts. This boot camp showed me how to actually design the process so AI does what I want consistently. It completely changed how I think about using AI in real workflows.

I really loved the weekly live sessions.

Hearing how other people are actually using this stuff sparked a lot of ideas and helped things click faster. Pairing that collaboration with the structured videos and templates made it incredibly valuable.

I feel much more confident as an AI Operator!”

- Megan L.

"This bootcamp has been THE most valuable course I have ever been a part of."

“I loved the structure and organization. I felt the value of the content and the way we can apply it was very well done. I valued the encouragement to reach out to the entire cohort for questions, not just the mentors - this enabled me to make some awesome connections where we can continue to help each other in a very new environment.

I AB-SO-LUTELY recommend the bootcamp. This bootcamp has been THE most valuable course I have every been a part of.

As short as our time was together, the content, information and application of the knowledge is amazing! I am coming away from this bootcamp energized to get playbooking and make people smile when they realize the impact that AI operators can make!!”

—  Johan B.

"The ROI on this course is undeniable."

“My experience was challenging and rewarding. There’s a lot of content, but it’s not regurgitated.

What stood out the most is their commitment to excellence: the content feels cutting edge, feedback is proactively sought, and high-value iterative changes are made based on real-world applications. And, everyone is genuinely excited about their work and the impact it can have.

The CRAFT framework is valuable as an overall business methodology, not just for companies seeking AI adoption. It challenges leaders and teams to be better communicators, and the need for this is even more crucial to effectively implement and manage AI.

For leaders who are domain experts looking to understand and implement AI, I wholeheartedly recommend this. It offers new, systematic ways of thinking that are grounded in battle-tested implementation, and the return on investment (ROI) is undeniable.”

FAQ

Who is this bootcamp for?

This program is designed for operations-minded professionals — the systems thinkers, process fixers, and behind-the-scenes teammates who want to pair their operations expertise with AI workflow expertise.

When does the bootcamp start?

The Momentum Track is currently enrolling for our April and May 2026 cohorts. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Secure your spot by purchasing your bootcamp enrollment and completing a short registration survey. Once submitted, our team will review your responses within 5 business days and place you in the earliest available cohort. If we determine that the program isn’t the right fit based on your survey, we’ll issue a full refund.

The Flex Track is available for enrollment at anytime. You will be able to begin as soon as your register.

What's the difference between the Momentum Track and the Flex Track?

The Flex Track contains all of the same content as the live bootcamp. However, the Momentum Track also includes weekly, live mentor-led skill building sessions, opportunities to work alongside your cohort peers, and accountability due to the cohort experience.

Participants enrolled in the Momentum Track have historically higher completion rates and faster completion rates.

The Flex Track is a great option is built for operators who prefer to work independently, on their own time, with a clear path to certification.

Do I need to be “technical” to succeed here?

Not at all. You don’t need to code, and you don’t need to be an AI expert. What you do need is an operator’s mindset — the ability to think in steps, see patterns, and stay curious. We’ll teach you the rest.

I'm the technical person on my team. Will this help me learn how to build AI tools?

This bootcamp is designed for the operator in mind and is designed to give them a framework they can use to drive AI projects within an organization. This is not for developers or engineers wanting to learn more about the technical side of AI or learn how to build AI products.

What tools will I be using to build my AI playbooks?

You'll create prompt-based workflows inside the bootcamp using ChatGPT and Zapier. Please note that licenses to these tools are not provided. You will need a ChatGPT Plus account ($20/month), a Zapier Professional plan ($29.99/month), and a free Perplexity account (though you will need to purchase $10 of API credits), and a free Airtable acount.

How much time will this take each week and for how long?

The program schedule is 6 weeks of structured content. We estimate you’ll need about 5-10 hours per week to complete this.

What does the certification consist of?

The AIO Certification is your proof that you can independently run your own AI Ops cycles — the method we use to design, build, and operationalize A. To earn your certification, you'll need to: pass an exam, submit two working AI playbooks, full documentation for each playbook, a case study-style reflection of each playbook and a Loom walkthrough.

Can this help me get hired or promoted?

Yes. This training gives you tangible proof of work that you can show to employers, clients, or teammates. If you’re looking to grow inside your current role or explore future opportunities (like joining the DiviUp team), this gives you a serious edge. Many of our former participants have been promoted within their current roles or even landed new roles with the skills they gathered here.
